VA Form 200, Litter Tax Return
The Virginia Department of Revenue changed the filing requirements for Form 200, Virginia Litter Tax Return. Beginning with the 2017 Litter Tax Return due May 1, 2018, you'll need to file all returns and make all payments electronically using eForms. If a taxpayer is unable to file and pay online, you can complete the Litter Tax Electronic Filing Waiver Request in the Non-calculating folder.
Form 200 only prints if you mark the
Electronic filing waiver granted
checkbox on the VALitter
screen or if you mark the option to Print Form 200 when filing online
under Setup
