To print or assemble
Organizers
:
  1. Select
    File
    , then
    Print Organizers
    .
  2. Select
    Clients
    .
  3. Select the clients you want to create
    Organizers
     for. You can double-click clients or use the
    Select
     or
    Select All
     buttons to move them to the
    Clients to print
     pane.
  4. Select
    OK
    .
  5. Optional:
     If you only select 1 client, you can select
    Options
     to review and remove
    Organizers
     pages.
  6. In the
    Print where
     area, select a printer. If you want to print to
    GoFileRoom
     or
    FileCabinet
    , select that option as well.
  7. In the
    Print what
     area, select the type of
    Organizer
     you want to create. If you selected multiple clients, the system defaults to
    Per client settings
     and uses the selections in
    Client Communications
    .
  8. Select
    Print
    .
    note
    The
    Print
     button may change to
    Assemble
     or
    Email
     depending on your selection.
If you send
Organizers
 to
NetClient CS
 or
Onvio
, you'll need to transmit them via
CS Connect
. If you send Organizers to SafeSend, you'll need to upload the PDF in SafeSend manually.
important
You can't print to FileCabinet and assemble Web Organizers for delivery simultaneously. To assemble a Web Organizer for transmission, you must select a print driver in the
Print where
 area—don’t select FileCabinet. If you select
Print to FileCabinet
 when batch processing Organizers with
Per client settings
, the system won’t assemble Web Organizers, and CS Connect will show no Organizer available for transmission.
