Enable the
Add Forms
button on your clients' Web Organizer
so they can insert additional forms.- InUltraTax CS, go toSetupthen1040 Individual.
- Use the arrows, if necessary to go to theOrganizertab.
- Select theOptionsbutton in theNetClientgroup box.
- Clear the checkbox labeledDisable the Add Forms button in Web Organizer to prevent the client from adding new forms during data entry.
- Once enabled, theAdd Formsbutton will be available in theWeb Client Organizerscreen for anyWeb Organizersyou subsequently send.note
- Sending aWeb Organizerto aNetClient CSportal more than once will replace the existingWeb Organizerin that portal, deleting any data that the client has entered.
- The settings enabled in this dialog apply to allWeb Organizersthat you subsequently send to your clients.
- To remove the restrictions set here, clear the checkboxes and re-send theWeb Organizer.
- These settings will automatically transfer over to next year's version ofUltraTax CS.
