print collationYou can customize your
Organizer
collation by changing:- The pages included in theOrganizer.
- The order of the pages.
- The pages your client needs to take action on.
You don't have to customize your
Organizer
collation. The default set up may work for you. You can find out what your current organizer collations are by printing the Collation Report. We've included steps to do this.To change your
Organizer
print collations, complete the following.- SelectSetup, then the business entity.
- Select theOrganizertab. Use the arrows to move through the tabs. TheOrganizertab is last.
- In theCollationgroup box, select theOrganizerbutton.
- Optional: TheReturn collationwindow lists everyOrganizerpage and their conditions. The order they're listed is the order they'll print. Select thePrintbutton to get a Collation Report, which gives you a complete view of each page's order and print condition.
- By default, all pages have the condition to print if there's data associated with the page. Use theAlways,Never, andIf dataoptions to change the print conditions for pages. Changing these will affect printed, email andWeb Organizers.
- TheInclude in Electronic Orgoption determines whether or not the page is part of an emailed, print to PDF, orWeb Organizers. By default, the application has this option marked for all items except the mailing slipsheets and folder insert.
- When you have electronic organizers, you have the option to create a separate PDF attachment to call attention to pages. These are mostly pages where you need a client's signature, like consent forms. SelectAction Items PDFto include a page in the separate “Action items” PDF.
- The pages are in the order they print. To re-order pages, select the page you want to move, then selectMove uporMove downuntil it's in the correct spot.
- SelectOKto save your changes.
