Spanish Organizers

You can print Organizer letters and questionnaires in Spanish for 1040 client Organizers only.
If you select
Spanish client documents
 on the
Letter
 screen in the
General
 folder of the client's return, the Organizer client documents will also print in Spanish. This includes the engagement letter, cover letter, email greeting, and questionnaire. Any organizer pages from the classic, lite, or checklist packages are only in English.
If you want to assign Spanish to a group of clients:
  1. Go to
    Utilities
     and select
    Reassign Clients
    .
  2. Select your clients by double-clicking or using the
    Select
     button.
  3. In the
    Reassign to
     area, select
    Client document language
     from the
    Category
     drop-down.
  4. Select
    Spanish
     from the
    Language
     drop-down.
  5. Select
    Reassign
    .
note
These options are only available for 1040 clients.
