are the electronic version of paper or PDF Organizers
you send to clients through a private portal. With a Web Organizer
, your clients can:- Enter new information in screens (1040 only).
- Make edits to last year's information (1040 only).
- Complete the web version of theOrganizerquestionnaire.
- Include notes and questions.
- Attach files.
- Create screens for new activities (such as W-2s) (1040 only).
Once they've entered their information for the current tax year, they send the
Web Organizer
back through the web portal. For 1040 clients, you can also import the information directly into UltraTax CS
input screens.Delivery options

: The Web Organizer
is sent through a private NetClient CS
web portal. A web portal is a safe environment that needs a unique password to access. The main advantage of using NetClient CS
is that the data you enter can be retrieved into the tax return inside UltraTax CS
.Onvio
: One of the advantages of using Onvio
for Web Organizers
(also called tax questionnaires) is the easy, safe exchange of files.System requirements

Apple computers are not supported for
CS Professional Suite
applications including for NetClient CS
.- A Microsoft Windows 11 or operating system. TheWeb Organizerisn't supported on operating systems that are no longer supported by the manufacturer.
- Internet access with any of the following browsers: the newest version of Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, or Mozilla Firefox.
- 128-bit encryption is recommended.
- An email service capable of receiving file attachments.
- Optional: Adobe Reader version DC or later. If you don't already have this installed, download the free Adobe Reader from http://get.adobe.com/reader/.
