Transfer assets to the DC PPT return

Follow these steps to transfer federal assets to the District of Columbia Personal Property Tax (PPT) return.

Select the Asset
tab in the federal activity.

Select the asset, then Modify
.

Select the Depreciation
tab and make sure the DC column has data.

If you don't see the DC column, select Setup
, Treatments
, then DC
.

Make sure the Situs
association is the District of Columbia.

Check all other associations. Make sure Location
, PPT Category-DC
and PPT type-DC
all have data.
