Location Information

If the return has no depreciable assets, use this section to enter information for Form 1300A or 1300B.
Unit
UltraTax CS enters the next available number in this field. You can replace this number, but you can't leave this field blank. UltraTax CS uses this information to get and coordinate information for the assessable business location.
Property identification number
UltraTax CS uses the property identification from the
Location ID#
field in the
Asset Detail
 window. UltraTax CS creates 1 property tax return for every location ID number entered.

  • If the return has no depreciable assets, and you've entered

     in the
    Create return, only if this return has no depreciable assets
     field, you can enter the property identification number in this field.
  • UltraTax CS uses the property identification number that you enter as the description for this input screen unit in the folders block.
County
UltraTax CS transfers the county from
County-TX
 in the
Asset Detail
 window to this field.

  • If the return has no depreciable assets, and you've have entered
    X
     in the
    Create return, only if this return has no depreciable assets
     field, you can enter the county in this field.
  • Tarrant County must be selected to calculate Form 1300A or 1300B.
