Overview

Use this screen to enter general, representative / appointee, and tax matter information to designate a representative for specific tax matters or revoke a designation. This screen applies only to Dallas County.
If you've entered power of attorney at the federal level, UltraTax CS shows the federal entries for fields identified as force fields in this screen.

General Information

Use this section to enter general information for the Dallas County power of attorney. UltraTax CS shows information from the

 screen in the General folder.
Name / … / Telephone number
If the agent’s name, address, and telephone number for Texas differs from the federal information, enter the state information in these fields.

Use this section to specify the agent’s authority for property tax matters and for delivery of property tax notices.
