Delete Group dialog

Use this dialog to confirm the deletion of a user-defined group. You can also use this dialog to reassign users to a different group, restrict user access to UltraTax CS, or remove any users who were assigned to the group you are deleting.
note
You cannot delete the $Administrators, $Guests, or $Unauthorized Users groups. .
$Administrators
Members of this group can access all areas of UltraTax CS. You cannot modify privilege settings for this group.
$Guests
By default, members of this group can access any area of UltraTax CS that was allowed with standard security options. However, you can modify the privilege settings for this group.
note
When you enable advanced security options, standard security settings are transferred as privileges for the $Guests group. Advanced security options are available in the Setup, Security Configuration, then Security tab.
$Unauthorized Users
Members of this group are denied access to all areas of UltraTax CS. You cannot modify privilege settings for this group.
This dialog opens when you select the Delete Group button in the Groups tab of the Security Configuration dialog.

Fields & buttons

Users list
This list displays IDs of all users who are members of the group you are deleting, in addition to any other groups to which those users belong.
Assign users to the <group name> group
Select this option to assign the users in the Users list to the group that you choose from the adjacent field after the current group has been deleted.
Do not allow these users to run UltraTax CS. Place them in the $Unauthorized Users group.
Select this option to assign users to the $Unauthorized Users group.
Remove these users from UltraTax CS.
Select this option to delete users from UltraTax CS.
