Data Verification dialog

Show all expandable content
This dialog opens if you selected the Import button in the Import Spreadsheet - Step 2 of 2 dialog without correcting invalid data in the Import Spreadsheet grid. (If a mapped column in the Import Spreadsheet grid contains data that is not appropriate for the statement dialog column specified during mapping, UltraTax CS will display a red border around the cells that contain the invalid data.) Use this dialog to correct invalid spreadsheet data before importing.
For important information on importing spreadsheet data into UltraTax CS statement dialogs, see the Importing Statement Data from Excel. The overview provides a general outline of the import process and links to specific procedures detailing each step.
This dialog opens automatically if you attempt to import invalid spreadsheet data using the Import Spreadsheet - Step 2 of 2 dialog. (UltraTax CS will display a red border around any cells that contain invalid data in the Import Spreadsheet grid.)
note
To skip the verification process, select the Import button in the Data Verification dialog. However, if you skip this process, invalid data will not import into the statement dialog.
