Invoice Options dialog

Use this dialog to set various invoice options such as printing the list of prepared forms on each client's invoice, printing the per-form charge next to each form, and printing "no charge" next to forms for which no price has been entered. Also, if you want to charge sales tax on your invoice, you can enter the sales tax rate here.
To open this dialog, select the Invoice button in the Product Information dialog, select Text & Format Options, and then select the Options button in the [Document Types] dialog.

Fields & buttons

Invoice options
Lists the available invoice options. Mark and clear the checkboxes as desired.

For a brief description of each option, highlight the desired option. The description appears in the box below the list.
Description
Displays a description of the currently highlighted option.
Sales tax rate
Enter the sales tax percentage, if any, that you want to charge on the invoice.
