Mailing Labels or Export Report dialog (Data Mining)

Use this dialog to generate mailing labels or to export a report for clients who passed the current or most recent search.
To open this dialog, choose Tools then Mailing Labels or Tools then Export Report from the Data Mining menu.
This dialog opens after you have selected either the
Mailing labels
option or the Export report
option from the Print selection group box on the Print Selection and Client Search dialog and have completed a search.Fields & buttons
Search name
Displays the name of the most recent search.
note
You cannot change the name of the search in this dialog. To print labels for, or to export a report that includes clients who passed a different search, close this dialog, and perform a different search.
Clients available
Lists clients who passed the most recent search but who you have removed from the list of clients for whom you want to generate mailing labels or include in an export report. Because all clients who pass the most recent search are selected by default, the only clients who appear in this list are those you have specifically removed from the Clients selected list.
note
To re-select all clients for mailing labels or to include in an export report, select the Select all button.
Clients selected
Lists clients who passed the most recent search and are selected for generating mailing labels or for including in an export report. By default, Data Mining selects all clients who pass the most recent search. Therefore, every client who passed the search appears in this list unless you specifically remove a client from the list.
note
To remove a client from this list, highlight the client and select the Remove button. The client returns to the Clients available pane on the left.
Continue
Select this button to open the Print dialog, where you can select mailing label and export report options.
