Use the dropdown list to select the data location where you want to proforma clients, documents, data entry displays, or return collations. You can select only data locations already added via tab.

The list includes all clients who meet the criteria designated in the Focus group section. Select the clients whose data you want to sync and use the

Entity types
Mark one or more of the entity type checkboxes to include the corresponding clients in the client list. For example, mark the
1040
checkbox to include only 1040 clients.note

Select this button to switch between the most recent custom focus selection and the default selection.
Preparer/reviewer/staff
Select a preparer, reviewer, or staff member from the dropdown list to limit the list to clients with returns assigned to a specific person.
Exclude clients whose data has not changed since sync
By default, UltraTax CS excludes clients whose data hasn’t changed since it was last sync’d. Clear this checkbox to include clients whose data hasn’t changed since last sync.
