Use this dialog to set preferences for columns in the status list based on the information you view most frequently in the Electronic Filing Status dialog. To save your display settings, mark the&
Save display settings
checkbox in the Electronic Filing Status dialog.
To open this dialog, select the Electronic Filing Status button, and then select the Column Preferences button in the Electronic Filing Status dialog.

Fields & buttons

Column Title column
The Column Title column lists all of the columns available for viewing in the status list.
Filter column
Select the Filter button to open the Enter filter criteria for [column] dialog. In this dialog, specify an Operator and an Operand to define the custom criteria. For example, to define a custom filter in the Return column to display all clients except clients who have Arizona state returns, enter
Does not contain
in the
Operator
field and enter
AZ
in the
Operand
field.
Display column
Use this column to specify a column as
Primary
to display the column on line 1 of the status list, as
Secondary
to display the column on line 2 of the status list, or as
Hidden
to remove the column from display in the status list.
note
Select the plus sign next to a client in the status list to view Secondary columns.
Default button
Select this button to restore the default column preferences to the status list.
