Use this dialog to create, modify, or remove data locations used by the UltraTax CS Source Data Entry utility. Unless you specify otherwise, data is stored in the same folder as UltraTax CS Source Data Entry.

If you specify a location other than the default, you must also update the location of the Source Data Entry information in UltraTax CS. To do so, open UltraTax CS, choose Setup then User Preferences, select the File Locations tab, then select the
[[ut_cy_yyyy]]
& UltraTax CS
option. Select UltraTax CS Source Data Entry in the list pane, select the Modify Location button, and navigate to the correct location.
To open this tab, choose Setup then System Configuration in UltraTax CS Source Data Entry, and then select the Data Locations tab.

Data locations list
This list displays the default data path as well as any additional data locations you have entered using this dialog. To modify an existing location, select the appropriate path and choose the Modify Data Location button. To remove an existing location, select the appropriate path and choose the Delete button.
Add Data Location button
Select this button to open the Add Data Location dialog, which you can use to create an additional data path for Source Data Entry information. If you have added additional data locations, you can use the Setup then User Preferences dialog to select the desired location to use with Source Data Entry.
Modify Data Location button
Select this button to open the Add Data Location dialog, which you can use to modify an existing data path for Source Data Entry information. If you have added additional data locations, you can use the Setup then User Preferences dialog to select the desired location to use with Source Data Entry.
Delete button
Select this button to remove the highlighted data path from the Data Locations list.
