Beginning tax year 2012, you can use the Select Tax-Return Components Dropdown window in FileCabinet CS to print and email the tax return client collation, including customizations.

Clients printed to FileCabinet CS with UltraTax CS 2011 and earlier do not offer this capability.
You can mark the Tax Return per the Client Collation to send or print all components from the client tax-return collation as specified when customizing the client tax-return print collation in UltraTax. Only items in the tax-return collation that are designated as "Always" or "As required" are included.

Forms and documents in the current collation that are also designated as "Never" in the UltraTax CS preparer tax-return collation, will not be printed with the client's tax-return print collation.
You can select tax return components by selecting the checkbox from the preparer tax-return collation that you want to send or print. Items in this list are designated as "Always" or "As required" in UltraTax CS preparer tax-return collation.

To have additional components appear in this list, add the components to the preparer tax-return collation in UltraTax CS.
The Select Tax-Return Components Dropdown window is accessible from the Print, Send to Email Recipient, and Send to File windows when the document highlighted in the Print what pane or the documents list. You can open this window by selecting the arrow button that appears next to Select.
