Add a custom mailing label size
UltraTax CS provides 6 common sizes for mailing labels: 1" by 2 5/8" (for Avery labels 5160), 1" by 4" (for Avery labels 5161), 1 1/3" by 4" (for Avery 5162), and 2" by 4" (for Avery labels 5163), 1 1/8" by 3 1/2" (for DYMO 30252), and 2 5/16" by 4" (for DYMO 30256).
Follow these steps to add a custom mailing label size.
- From thePrint Labelswindow, selectDefine label size.
- In theDefine Labelsize window, selectAdd.
- Enter a name for the custom label size.
- Use the arrows near the Label name field to set the dimensions.
- SelectEnterto save the setting and add the custom label size to the list.noteTo modify a custom label size, select the label size in the list and selectEdit.
