Client Copy watermark printing
The Client Copy watermark will print on state vouchers if the form isn't approved, or if the SSN/EIN is masked.

In UltraTax CS 2019 and prior, this watermark displayed as “Do Not File”.
Check the form approval
Any forms that haven't yet received final approval from the taxing authority can print the
Client Copy
. Once the forms receive their final approval, the forms may be filed as necessary. Check the SSN/EIN masking settings
You can change these field masking options in
Setup
, Office Configuration
, then the Print Options
tab.If you want to print forms or vouchers directly from the print preview icon, you need to preview the
Government
copy. If you're printing from the
Print Returns
screen, the Client
and Preparer
copies also default to field masking.If you want to print vouchers from the
Print Returns
screen, select to print the Government
copy or select the Client/Preparer
dropdown list and select Client/Preparer
copy to remove the field masking.
