Enter names and addresses for custom mailing labels

In addition to printing mailing labels for your clients and for various taxing agencies, UltraTax CS enables you to enter names and addresses for custom mailing labels.
  1. Select
    Utilities
    ,
    Mailing Labels
     then
    Custom
    . UltraTax CS responds in one of 2 ways:
    • If you have already entered information for custom mailing labels, the
      Select Custom Labels
       window opens. Select
      Define Custom Labels
       to open the
      Define Custom Labels
       window.
    • If you have not already entered information for custom mailing labels, the
      Define Custom Labels
       window opens.
  2. Select
    Add
    .
  3. Enter the name and address in the 4 Address fields.
    note
    There are 4 address lines for custom mailing labels.
  4. Select
    Enter
     to add the custom mailing label to the list.
  5. Select
    OK
     to return to the
    Select Custom Labels
     window.
    note
    To edit an existing custom mailing label, select the label in the list and select
    Edit
    .
