Filing instructions won't print

If you're printing a return and the filing instructions aren't printing, you may need to adjust your print collation.

Make sure the Filing Instructions print condition
isn't set to Never
.

Go to Setup
, select the return type, such as 1040 Federal
, then Tax Return
.

The collation you'll need to edit will depend on which copy you are printing. Example: Government Copy, Client Copy or Preparer Copy.

Change the print condition if it's set to Never
.
