Options for printing mailing slipsheets

There are several options for printing mailing slipsheets as described in the following steps.

Slipsheet format

You can use this format for bulk mailing envelopes.
  1. Go to
    Setup
    , then
    Office Configuration
    .
  2. Select
    Print Options
    , then
    Mailing Slipsheets
    .
note
This layout isn't available for folder inserts.

Print slipsheets with return address offset

To select the option to print slipsheets with the return address offset to the upper-left corner (instead of vertically aligned with the destination address):
  1. Select
    Setup
    , then
    Office Configuration
    .
  2. Select
    Print Options
    , then
    Mailing Slipsheets
    , and mark the options as necessary.
    note
    • This setting applies to slipsheets for all applications, including UltraTax
      1040 Client Organizer
      .
    • You can choose between portrait or landscape slipsheets.
    • If you decide to print the slipsheets in landscape format, you can choose to print a portrait folder insert for the organizer (1040 only) and/or the tax return.

Suppress slipsheets from printing

To select the option to globally suppress slipsheets from printing:
  1. Select
    Setup
    , then
    Office Configuration
    .
  2. Select
    Print Options
    ,
    Mailing Slipsheets
     and select the
    Suppress all slipsheets
     option.
note
