Options for printing mailing slipsheets
There are several options for printing mailing slipsheets as described in the following steps.
Slipsheet format
You can use this format for bulk mailing envelopes.
- Go toSetup, thenOffice Configuration.
- SelectPrint Options, thenMailing Slipsheets.

This layout isn't available for folder inserts.
Print slipsheets with return address offset
To select the option to print slipsheets with the return address offset to the upper-left corner (instead of vertically aligned with the destination address):
- SelectSetup, thenOffice Configuration.
- SelectPrint Options, thenMailing Slipsheets, and mark the options as necessary.note
- This setting applies to slipsheets for all applications, including UltraTax1040 Client Organizer.
- You can choose between portrait or landscape slipsheets.
- If you decide to print the slipsheets in landscape format, you can choose to print a portrait folder insert for the organizer (1040 only) and/or the tax return.
Suppress slipsheets from printing
To select the option to globally suppress slipsheets from printing:
- SelectSetup, thenOffice Configuration.
- SelectPrint Options,Mailing Slipsheetsand select theSuppress all slipsheetsoption.
