Print a partial return (or only the federal or state return)

By default, UltraTax CS prints the forms and schedules as determined in the
Return Collation
 window. To print only a single state or federal return or to print a partial return (including only some pages or specific forms) for the open client, complete the following steps.
  1. With the client open in UltraTax CS, select
    File
    , then
    Print Returns
    .
  2. In the
    Print Returns
     window, select the
    Options
     button to open the
    Print Options
     window.
  3. Use the fields on the
    Selected Returns
     and
    Selected Pages
     tabs to specify the tax returns (federal or a state) or specific forms and schedules that you want to print.
  4. Select
    OK
     to close the
    Print Options
     window.
  5. In the
    Print Returns
     window, specify the collation, print destination, and other criteria for this print job.
  6. Select the
    Print / Assemble / To Cabinet
     button to send the selected tax returns, forms, or schedules to the destination specified on the
    Print Returns
     window.
