Print forms and statements

UltraTax CS lets you print forms and statements. Here's a suggested method for printing these items.

By default, UltraTax CS prints the forms and schedules as determined in the

Return Collation

window. You could proforma the print collation from last year. Whether or not you proforma, verify or edit your print collation.

Decide if you want to print statements based on the corresponding tax form.

Decide if you want to print statements continuously in 1 batch.

Adjust shaded areas on printed forms.

Print the returns.

Store documents in FileCabinet CS, File Drawer, or GoFileRoom.
