Print mailing labels for taxing agencies
To print mailing labels for federal, state, and local (city, county, and intangibles) taxing agencies:
- SelectUtilities,Mailing Labels, thenGovernment.
- From the dropdown list on theSelect Government Mailing Labelswindow, select the application for which you want to print labels.
- In the list, mark the checkboxes to select the labels you want to print.
- Select theContinuebutton to open thePrint Government Mailing Labelswindow.
- From the dropdown list in the Label size group box, select the label size or select theDefine label sizebutton to add a custom label size.
- Use the fields in the Copies group box to determine how many copies or pages of labels UltraTax CS will print. If printing on a partially used sheet of labels, use theBegin on rowandColumnfields to define the position on the page at which UltraTax CS will begin printing.
- UltraTax CS defaults to printing a barcode on the mailing label for each address with a valid five-digit or nine-digit ZIP Code. If you don't want to print barcodes, clear thePrint barcode on labelscheckbox.
- If necessary, mark thePrint labels in all capital letterscheckbox.
- Make sure the correct label stock is in the printer, then select thePrintbutton.
