Print statements based on the corresponding tax form

Follow these steps to print all statements for Schedule A, for example, then begin a new page to print all statements for Schedule B, and so on.
  1. Depending on whether UltraTax CS is set up for office-wide or user-defined print options, do one of the following:
    • Office-wide print options:
       Select
      Setup
      , then
      Office Configuration
      . If required, enter the master password, select
      OK
      , then select the
      Print Options
       tab.
    • User-defined print options:
       Select
      Setup
      ,
      User Preferences
      , then select the
      Print Options
       tab.
      note
      This tab is available only if you are licensed for the network version of UltraTax CS.
  2. In the
    Print Options
     window or tab, mark the
    Paginate statements by tax form
     checkbox.
  3. Select
    Done
     or
    OK
    .
