Proforma all clients' state returns in one batch

You can proforma all of your clients' state returns in batches, rather than performing the proforma on a client-by-client basis.
If you'd prefer to proforma all of your clients' state returns in one batch, complete the following steps.

Ensure that all users have closed all years of UltraTax CS before starting this process.
  1. Install the necessary state modules in the current year's application using your UltraTax CS installation disk or downloaded file.
  2. Select
    Help
    , then
    Repair
    , and select
    Proforma State(s)
     in the
    Repair
     window.
This proforma process will determine which clients have state returns that haven’t been proforma'd. This process can be repeated as necessary when additional states become available or as additional states are installed. This process won't replace previously proforma'd data.
