Proforma customized PDF delivery passwords from the previous year

If you used the
Client Communications
 window to enter customized client passwords for accessing tax documents via NetClient CS, you can proforma those passwords from the prior-year version of UltraTax CS so you don't have to re-enter them in the current-year application.
  1. Select
    Setup
    , then
    [Entity]
     to open the
    Product Information
     window for the federal entity, such as 1040 Individual.
  2. Select
    Other Return Options
    .
  3. If necessary, select the
    Proforma
     tab in the
    Other Return Options
     window.
  4. Mark the
    Custom PDF delivery passwords from the Client Communications window
     checkbox. (Depending on the federal entity you selected, this checkbox may appear on the
    General
     tab or the
    Proforma
     tab.)
  5. Select
    OK
     to close the
    Other Return Options
     window, then select
    OK
     again to close the federal
    Product Information
     window.
