Proforma data entry displays using the Proforma window

If you used UltraTax CS last year and you made changes to your data entry display settings, you can proforma that data entry display customization from the prior-year version of UltraTax CS. You can proforma customized data entry displays from either the
Proforma
 window or the
Data Entry Display
 window. Both tasks produce the same results.
To proforma data entry displays using the
Proforma
 window, do the following:
  1. Select
    Utilities
    , then
    Proforma
     to open the
    Proforma
     window.
  2. Select
    Data Entry Displays
     from the dropdown.
  3. In the
    Focus
     section, mark the checkboxes for the applications you want to proforma data entry displays from.
  4. Verify that the drive and path of last year's application and data are correct. If not, you'll need to specify the correct location.
  5. Select the applications you want to proforma the data entry displays for in the
    Available to proforma
     pane, then choose
    Select
     to move those data entry displays to the
    Selected to proforma
     pane.
  6. When all the data entry displays that you want to proforma appear in the
    Selected to proforma
     pane, select
    Proforma
    . The
    Proforma Status
     window appears, indicating the progress of the proforma process.
  7. After the proforma process is complete, select
    Done
    .
