Documents didn't get returned from client's organizer

Scenario

Not all documents got uploaded to the taxpayer's binder.

Solution

In Review Ready, binders get created when 75% of the questionnaire and document request list (DRL) get completed. At this time, any uploaded documents get added to the binder for automatic processing.
important
If the taxpayer uploads any additional documents after the initial binder gets created at the 75% threshold, these additional documents aren't uploaded to the binder. In an upcoming release scheduled for this tax season, an option will be added to process these additional documents.
