Access and manage your client list

Use search, filters, and customization tools to manage and view your Tax Automation client list efficiently.
Data Location
Switch between your available data locations using the dropdown. To manage your data locations, go to
Setup
System Configuration
Data Locations
.

When you change the data location here, it also updates in the
Open
client menu in UltraTax CS.
Search for Clients
Find clients quickly by entering their client ID, name, or email address in the search field.
note
If you can't find a client, make sure they have a 1040 return and have been synced to UltraTax.com.
Customize Your Columns
Select the
Columns
button to personalize your view. You can:
  • Show or hide columns like client ID, name, and email address.
  • Rearrange columns to match your workflow.
Export Your Client List
Select
Export
to download your current client list as an Excel or PDF file. This creates a Tax Automation Client List dashboard you can share or save.
