Download files

Once you have verified your clients’ documents, the next step is to download the PDF of the source documents with annotations that were processed.
  1. In Tax Automation, go to the
    Download files
    tab.
  2. In the client list, select
    Download PDF
    from the Actions column to download all processed documents in PDF format.
  3. In the PDF, use the
    Not Indexed Documents
    bookmark to review any nonstandard documents. These are documents you'll need to review and possibly enter the data in UltraTax CS manually.
