Issues

The
Issues
tab in Tax Automation displays clients whose binders have encountered errors, such as problems during binder creation or missing required data. When a client appears in this tab, the Description column provides the reason for the issue, helping you quickly identify what needs attention.
To resolve these issues, use the Actions column, which offers options like retrying the document upload, resubmit the binder, or hide the client’s binder from all Tax Automation tabs. These actions move the client forward in the process or temporarily remove them from view until the issue is addressed.

Actions

When a client appears in the
Issues
tab, there are 2 options available in the
Actions
column menu to resolve the issue:
Retry
: Submit the binder again to resolve the issue.
Hide
: Move the client’s initial binder and all subsequent binders from the
Tax Automation
tabs into the
Hidden
tab.

To unhide, select
Unhide
in the Actions column within the
Hidden
tab.
