To use Tax Automation, you'll need to connect it with UltraTax CS 2025 and SurePrep.
Before you get started, make sure you've downloaded the updated licenses for UltraTax CS.
- In UltraTax CS, selectSetup, thenSystem Configuration.
- Select theSurePrep & SafeSend Integrationstab, thenSelect Firm ID.
- On the SurePrep Firm ID modal, select the SurePrep firm to connect, thenTestto verify the connection.
- Once your connection is verified, selectOK.
- Make sure the connection status showsConnected, the SurePrep Firm ID is correct, and theEnable SurePrep Integrationcheckbox is marked.
- SelectOKto save your changes and close the screen.You can now open Tax Automation on the toolbar.
