Choose the correct SurePrep service based on your firm's contract and workflow needs.
The following services are available by SurePrep. Your selection will be based on your contract with SurePrep.

1040SCANverify Onshore | This service lets you send tax documents to SurePrep Onshore to process standard source documents, including IRS forms, brokerage statements, and organizer pages.

1040SCANverify Offshore | When you submit a binder to SurePrep for 1040SCANverify Offshore, you can choose to process the post-verification wizards in-house or have SurePrep process them.

1040SCAN PRO 1040SCAN PRO+ | OCR technology reads and transfers data from source documents to your tax application. Verify the accuracy of the data read from source documents before the system transfers it to your tax application. After you transfer data to the tax application, you can create organized bookmarked workpapers for each binder.
1040SCAN PRO+ only: In addition to all the features provided in 1040SCANPRO, 1040SCAN PRO+ also uses Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) to increase verifiers' productivity and accuracy by providing:

For 1065, 1120, and 1120S binder types, only Outsource Offshore and SPbinder services are available. The service type selected for a binder is displayed in the Service column in FileRoom. For other tax applications, only 1040SCAN ORGANIZE and SPbinder services are available.

In-house and outsource service
When you submit binders in FileRoom, you'll need to upload the client's most recent tax application file details. You can upload binders as in-house or outsource services based on the tax application your firm has configured.

PRO+ and Organize+ features
1040SCAN PRO+ and 1040SCAN Organize+ include additional features that use Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) to increase verifiers' productivity and accuracy.

Using multiple service types
You can use a combination of plus and non-plus services as long as both services are different.
