Follow these steps to reinstall UltraTax CS or Fixed Assets CS.

Go to X:\WinCSI
(X
is the mapped drive or network location where UltraTax CS and Fixed Assets CS are installed).

Find and rename these folders:

For UltraTax CS: UTYY
, where YY is the year of UltraTax CS, and UTYYSYS
, where YY is the year of UltraTax CS.

For Fixed Assets CS: DSW and DEPRSYS

Rerun the installer. Re-download the installer if you need to.
