Go to X:\WinCSI\Tools\ where
X
is equivalent to the drive letter the application is installed to.
Find the
CSITOOLS.TXT
file.
Right-click, then select
Open with
, then
Notepad
.
Look for a mention of
WinCSI\Tools\CSLP.exe
.
Make sure the mapped drive or network location of
WinCSI\Tools\CSLP.exe
is correct. If it's not correct, manually type the right location. For example, if it says C:\WinCSI\Tools\CSLP.exe but it should be your network location, manually replace C with the correct letter drive.
Select
File
, then
Save
.
Close the text file.
Still within to the
WinCSI\Tools
folder, look for the
CSLP.exe
file.
If the
CSLP.exe
file isn't there, ask your IT professional to set the required antivirus exceptions and run the installation again.
If the file is there, ask your IT professional to grant the required permissions to the person running the installation.
