Error: Failed to install security policy: File does not exist

You might see these errors during the desktop setup for UltraTax CS or Fixed Assets CS.

Solution
There are 2 possible solutions, depending on the environment:
- If on a terminal or remote desktop server, this error is received when the terminal server is not in install mode. To resolve this error, cancel the installation, put the terminal server install mode, and then re-run the installation.
- If not on a terminal or remote desktop server and the error appears on a Windows 11 machine, this error can indicate a problem with the .Net Framework version installed. Install the previous version with the help of your IT Professional using the Download .NET Framework page.
