Set up two-factor authentication for your Thomson Reuters Account

Auth0 Guardian app setup

When you sign in to your Thomson Reuters Account and products, you can confirm your identity using the Auth0 Guardian app on your phone or tablet. You'll select
Allow
 on your device or generate a code to enter at the sign-in screen.
tip
Auth0 Guardian is the only option that will let you allow or deny access through notifications. If you aren't receiving push notifications, please refer to your device manufacturer's support resources (Apple notifications or Android notifications).
  1. Install the Auth0 Guardian two-step verification app on your Apple or Android device.
  2. Go to your Thomson Reuters Account and sign-in.
  3. Select
    Set up verification
    .
  4. Select
    Add the app
    .
  5. Open the Guardian app on your device.
  6. Scan the QR Code with the Guardian app using your device's camera.
Your account is now paired to your device.
