If you have Administration permissions, select the

tab, this indicates that you don't have Administration permissions. Have your administrator follow the instructions and provide them with your Azure ID.

. The Azure ID column on the report provides the Azure account of every user of the firm.
Set up Windows App on Mac computers
To use the Windows App on a Mac computer, you need to install it and connect it to your Azure ID.
Download and install the Windows App from the Mac App Store.
Open
Windows App
on your device.
In the Connection Center select
+
, then select
Add Workspace
.
In the
Email or Workspace URL
field, enter the URL:
https://rdweb.wvd.microsoft.com
. After a few seconds, the message "A workspace is associated with this URL" will show.
Select
Add
.
Enter your
Azure ID
(example: janesmith@vo.thomsonreuters.com).
You'll be taken to the Thomson Reuters sign-in page. Sign in with your Thomson Reuters account.
Your Apps workspace will display your
Virtual Office CS
applications for you to access.
To print and scan with your
Virtual Office CS and Software as a Service (SaaS)
applications, download and install the TerminalWorks client files.
Thomson Reuters troubleshoots applications only when they are run in environments we support, such as on Windows 11. Support can't help with applications in a macOS environment. Microsoft has a troubleshooting guide for Windows App and mac OS and if you have more questions, talk to your dedicated IT professional.
