Set up Windows App with your Microsoft Azure account on Windows
Sign in to Windows App with your Microsoft Azure account to access Virtual Office CS, Virtual Client Office, and SaaS applications on Windows.
With your Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) account you can use the Windows App as an alternative option to access
Virtual Office CS and Software as a Service (SaaS) applications
. Find your Azure ID to use the Windows App
If you have
Administration
permissions with Utilities
, you can get a report with the Microsoft Azure accounts of the users of the firm. - As an Administrator, sign in to NetStaff CS.
- If you have Administration permissions, select theAdmintab next to theNetStaff CStab.noteIf you don't have theAdmintab this indicates that you don't have Administration permissions. Have your administrator follow the instructions and provide them with your Azure ID.
- Go toUtilitiesand selectReports.
- SelectUser Accounts.
- SelectCustomizein Report Options.
- SelectAzure ID.
- SelectEnter. The Azure ID column on the report provides the Azure account of every user of the firm.
Set up Windows App on Windows computers
Windows App is one of the applications installed on your computer when you set up Azure Virtual Desktop.
- On your computer, find and openWindows App.
- If you have other Microsoft accounts, they will show up on the list of accounts. SelectUse another accountto use your Azure ID instead.
- On the Sign in prompt, enter yourAzure ID(example: janesmith@vo.thomsonreuters.com). Then, selectNext.
- You'll be taken to the Thomson Reuters sign-in page. Sign in with your Thomson Reuters account.
- Once you're signed in, on theFavoritesscreen, selectGo to apps.
- Your Apps workspace will display your Virtual Office CS applications for you to access.

You can pin the Windows App to your taskbar. Right-click the Windows App icon in your Start Menu, then select
More
and select Pin to taskbar
