AVD uses TSScan and TSPrint by TerminalWorks to help with print and scan performance.
If you are unable to scan, the TerminalWorks TSScan installation may have encountered a problem in your computer. Re-download TSScan from this link: TSScan_client.exe
If you can't print to FileCabinet CS Virtual Office, make sure you only have 1 print driver installed for that application:
Uninstall all previous FileCabinet CS Virtual Office Print Driver clients.

and select
FileCabinet CS Print Driver
to download the installation file.
Find the file and run it.
Follow the prompts in the installation wizard.
UltraTax CS
Update any attachments to your client e-files. Any existing files must be removed and reattached to the client file. When you attached files in Citrix the system used a CLIENT directory. AVD uses a TSCLIENT directory instead.
