Delete personal or shared File Exchange folders

- When you delete a personal or shared folder, the folder and the files it includes are deleted for all NetClient CS users.
- NetStaff CS users who have access to File Exchange and NetClient CS administration can delete shared File Exchange folders through their staff portals.
- You can't delete the Private folder, but you can remove a NetClient CS user's access to the Private folder.
- In theAdmintab of the navigation pane, selectUsersin the NetClient CS section.noteIf you don't have this option, you don't have access to this area.
- In the Permissions section, selectEnablefor File Exchange.
- In the Folder Types pane, select the type of folder you want to delete (PersonalorShared).
- In the Available Folders pane, select the folder in the Delete column for the folder you want to delete.noteGo toFindand enter any part of the folder name to locate a specific folder.
- SelectOKto confirm the deletion.
- SelectCancelto close the File Exchange Permissions window.
