View files in NetClient CS users' personal or shared File Exchange folders
If you have access to File Exchange and NetClient CS administration, you can view the files that are in NetClient CS users’ shared and personal File Exchange folders.
- In the NetStaff CS tab of the navigation pane, selectFile Exchange.noteIf you don't have this option, you don’t have access to File Exchange.
- Go toFile Exchange Viewand enter any part of the NetClient CS users’ name or sign in and select the NetClient CS user. The user’s personal and shared File Exchange folders show in the File Exchange screen.noteDelete the entry fromFindfor the full list of users.
- Select the folder that includes the file you want to view.noteDepending on the folder structure, you may need to go through more subfolders to access the folder you want.
- Select the name of the file.noteIf you can't find files that should be in the folder, you might need to delete your temporary internet files or cached files.
- Depending on how your computer is configured, you'll either need to save the file to your hard drive or the file will open automatically in the proper application.
