View the access history of File Exchange files

You can view the following access history information for each File Exchange file: the users who have accessed each file, the dates and times each file was accessed, the IP address from which each file was accessed, and whether each user uploaded or viewed the file.
  1. In the NetStaff CS tab of the navigation pane, select
    File Exchange
    .
    note
    If you don't have this option, you don’t have access to File Exchange.
  2. In the File Exchange screen, go to the folder that contains the file you want to view the access history.
  3. Place your cursor over the file name, select the dropdown arrow, then select
    History
    .
