PPC applications in an online environment
Using Checkpoint Tools and PPC's SMART Practice Aids in the Virtual Office CS or Software as a Service (SaaS) environment gives you convenient, 24/7 access to the profession's best guidance.

Before you can open applications in the Virtual Office CS or Software as a Service (SaaS) environment, you'll need to download and install the Citrix Workspace.
Checkpoint Tools
You can run Checkpoint applications in Virtual Office CS or SaaS if:
- Your firm subscribes to Checkpoint applications, and
- Your firm's NetStaff CS administrator added Checkpoint Tools to your Virtual Office CS screen or enabled a SaaS profile with Microsoft Office.
PPC's SMART Practice Aids
You can access your firm's licensed PPC's SMART Practice Aids applications through your portal if:
- Your firm subscribes to PPC's SMART Practice Aids applications, and
- Your NetFirm CS administrator contacted Customer Service to request that we add those applications to your firm's Virtual Office CS or SaaS environment.
