Manage your spam account with Proofpoint

The transition to Proofpoint

In our continuous efforts to modernize and improve spam filtering for your Virtual Office CS and Software as a Service hosted Microsoft Exchange accounts, we'll be moving to a new provider, Proofpoint.
The transition to Proofpoint will take place from Sunday, June 1, 2025 at 10:00PM EDT until Monday, June 2, 2025 at midnight EDT. Email delivery may be delayed during the transition period.
Starting June 2, 2025, you'll receive your 1st daily End User Digest email from Proofpoint including access to manage your account. From your Proofpoint account, you'll be able to set up your Safe/Blocked Senders list.

  • After the transition until June 30, 2025, you can still access your old Barracuda Spam Quarantine account through https://spamfilter.netlinksolution.com. You can view your previous lists of allowed and blocked email addresses in order to set them up on your Proofpoint account.
  • You can also change the password for your Barracuda Microsoft Exchange Spam Quarantine account if you need to:
    1. Sign in to your Spam Quarantine account at https://spamfilter.netlinksolution.com/
    2. Enter your email address into the
      Username
      field.
    3. Select
      Create New Password
      to have a new one emailed to you.
