Common VO or SaaS print issues
Here are some common concerns or potential resolutions when printing in a Virtual Office (VO) or Software as a Service (SaaS) environment.
Slow sign-in
This can happen when you have multiple printers listed for your workstation. VO or SaaS maps any printers when you sign in, so you can reduce the time it takes by deleting any printers you don't use.
Missing printers
If you have too many printers, it may take time for the list to populate. Wait or sign out and sign in to try to refresh the list. You can also delete unused printers.
Slow printing
Check your bandwidth or printer memory. These are things your information technology (IT) department or resource can help with. You can also try a different print driver.
Bad formatting
Try installing a different print driver.
