Clear advanced printing features options to print documents correctly
When printing from applications that are running in the Virtual Office CS, Software as a Service (SaaS), or Virtual Client Office environment, documents may not print correctly. In many cases, clearing the
Enable advanced printing features
checkbox resolves this.
If print jobs are not printing correctly or not printing at all, check the following:
Make sure your printers appear in the printer list.
Run a search, enter
devices and printers
, then select
Devices and Printers
.
Make sure that the printer is listed in the application's Print window.
For example, in FileCabinet CS, make sure the printer is listed in the
Printer
dropdown. Select
File
,
Print
, and then select the
Print
button.
You can clear the advanced printing features for any printer that's listed.
Close all applications that are running in the Virtual Office CS, SaaS, or Virtual Client Office environment.
